Product Tests
Product tests can be conducted in our Research Facility in Suffolk, in central locations or it may even be that products are sent for you to assess in your own home.
These tests typically involve tasting or trialing a food or product and you will give your thoughts and opinions via a questionnaire that we have created.
Online Opinion Team
Once you have registered to be a panellist you will often receive emails containing links to online surveys. These are quick and easy to complete and can be done whenever is convenient for you.
For each survey you complete, you gain at least one point towards your £10 e-voucher.
Creativity Groups
This technique tends to involve a small group of customers and one or two members of the Good Sense team.
The session will involve different group and individual activities that will help you to think about and give your opinion on the product or service in question. If you’re the chatty type then this one is great for you. You will be given your high-street voucher at the end of the session.
1-2-1 Interviews
As the name suggests this is a one-on-one conversation between you and a member of the Good Sense team. It will be an informal chat about the product or service and will help the team to get a detailed understanding of how it performs.
We will ask questions like ‘what does this make you think of’ and ‘what do you like about it’, ‘how would you improve’ it and many more. You will be given your high-street voucher at the end of the conversation.
A Day In The Life Of
This one is a little more ‘out there’ and is not for people who are shy or prefer to keep things to themselves. It will either involve you sending us a video diary, or us shadowing you for a few hours and is all about understanding you as a person and how you view the world you live in.
We’ll ask about who you are, what you do in your spare time, how much you spend on products… We’ll even ask for a sneaky-peak into your fridge and cupboards, or join you on your day to day activities.
Co-creation Workshops
Very similar to the Creativity Groups, but this will also involve the clients that we are running the project for. The benefit of this is that they can also hear your thoughts and opinions first-hand rather than waiting for us to tell them what you have said.
Don’t worry though, it won’t be any more formal, the Good Sense team will still run the session and the client will be equally as interested to hear from you as we are.
All Projects
One of the most important things we do at Good Sense, is make sure that we are talking to the right customers on behalf of our clients. As you can probably imagine, chatting to a vegetarian about a meat product makes no sense!
With that in mind, invitations to all of our projects begin with an eligibility survey and inevitably you will not be suitable for all of them, but keep your eye out for the next email as there is something for everyone.
