Helen’s interests lie in spending time with her children and watching them learn. She’s also got a passion for baking the most delicious cakes. With that in mind, Helen most enjoys running taste panels as she finds it fascinating that everyone’s senses are so different and that one person can enjoy something that the next may dislike.
